Our Products:
We have tried to represent each piece on the website as best as we can. Due to the nature of different screen resolutions we cannot guarantee the product you see will be an accurate representation of the merchandise. Please refer to the individual product descriptions for dimensions as images are not to scale.
Payments:
Before an order can be processed, we must receive payment in full for the price of the goods that you order. Until then, all goods remain the property of Emma Boxall-Gray.
Orders placed through the website are placed using Stripe and we accept all major credit and debit cards. You can learn more about stripe and their security here. As this service is completely independent of us your card details are not divulged to us at any time. Once your order and payment has been received, we will send you an e-mail confirmation to the address provided in your order form.
If you would prefer to pay by another method such as bank transfer, please place your order by phone or email.
Prices:
The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Prices shown are in GBP. If purchasing from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may affect the amount billed to your credit card. The customer will therefore be liable to pay any such additional processing or administration charges.
Commissions:
If you have seen an item on the website that you would like personalised for example a jewellery piece shortened/ lengthened or changed in any way. Or if you are interested in commissioning a piece or jewellery or a drawing of a landscape of your choice please get in contact via email and Emma will be happy to look into your requirements.
Production time:
Each individual dispatch time is specified on the product page. Emma does carry a certain amount of stock and some items (jewellery) are made to order. Depending on the piece, manufacturing can take anywhere from a few days to around 3 weeks. If you have a question about delivery times or have a particular date in mind for your order please contact Emma first to check the date can be met.
Order cancellation:
Orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours if you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase. Please make sure you email or call direct to inform us.
